Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of Clomiphene Citrate, and its role is to block estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, thereby signaling the pituitary gland to increase LH and FSH secretion. This boost leads to increased natural testosterone production. Its selective mechanism makes it useful not only in post-cycle therapy (PCT) for anabolic steroid users but also in treating secondary hypogonadism and fertility issues in men.
Unlike Clomid, which contains a mix of isomers that may cause mood instability or vision issues, Enclomiphene is more targeted, better tolerated, and provides similar or superior results with fewer unwanted side effects.
